1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RiffRemover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RiffRemover is an audio processing service that uses AI technology to separate audio stems and create backing tracks with guitar parts removed. The Service allows users to upload audio files, process them, and download the results.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Upload malicious files or content
- Abuse the Service in any way that degrades performance for others
5. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain all rights to the audio files you upload and the backing tracks generated from them. We do not claim ownership of your content.
License to Process: By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Copyright Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process any audio you upload. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement by users.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier: New users receive 3 free track processings to try the Service.
Paid Subscription: Continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you experience technical issues, please contact support.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Processing times may vary based on file size and server load.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIFFREMOVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiffRemover and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
